Club Manager – Jackrabbit Ventures
We’re looking for someone with strong potential who’s eager to learn and excited to grow with us. Over the past 7 years, our company has expanded to 20 Anytime Fitness locations, and we need more talented, motivated people to keep that momentum going. We know the only way to continue growing and helping more people is by building the right team.

We have a system that helps Anytime Fitness locations grow by getting real results for members. You have to be willing to put in the work and learn the basics. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it!
- Run a Great Gym:
Ensure your gym is clean, runs smoothly, and that your members are happy. Our best locations grow from referrals. That means people love it so much that they tell their friends to join. - Grow Your Gym:
Bring in new members by calling potential customers and helping get them in the gym. We have a system that works, and we’ll teach you if you’re willing to learn! - Keep Learning:
Running a gym is a big job, and our best team members are always asking questions and looking for ways to get better. You will help members improve their health and fitness by sharing your knowledge about exercise, nutrition, and wellness. Your job is to support and guide them so they can live healthier lives.
- Great people skills to build strong relationships with members
- Experience in sales (selling a product or service)
- Ability to inspire members to reach their fitness goals
- CPR/AED certification (can be earned after starting)
- Personal trainer certification (preferred but not required)
- Degree in Exercise Science or a similar field (preferred but not required)
