This is an on-site contract role based in Roxana, IL for a JV Baseball Coach. The coach will be responsible for leading and managing the junior varsity baseball team. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, providing training sessions, strategizing game plans, ensuring athlete development, and fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. The coach will also act as a positive role model for student-athletes and communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.

• Proven expertise in Baseball and Coaching Baseball
• Strong skills in Coaching and Training to develop students' abilities
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with athletes, parents, and school personnel
• Understanding of sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork principles
• Prior coaching experience, preferably in a school or team setting
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and protocols in sports
• First aid or CPR certification is a plus
• Valid coaching or teaching certification is preferred
