Salary: $20-$25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks (single, tandem, or multi-axle) for delivery and/or pick-up of agronomy and energy products, following specified schedules to/from company and customer locations.
• Operate all assigned vehicles and equipment safely, including forklifts, following safety standards and proper techniques.
• Perform daily safety checks and inspections of vehicles and equipment, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to maintenance schedules.
• Load and unload materials safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Ensure timely deliveries and pickups, promoting excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Complete accurate documentation, including bills of lading, delivery slips, and invoices, and submit them promptly.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of cargo and operations daily.
• Maintain company equipment and appearance according to standards, and adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of related experience operating tractor-trailers or similar equipment, meeting company and DOT standards.
• Essential skills include business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Must have or obtain a valid CDL with necessary endorsements, a medical card, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours and on-call as needed.
• Willingness to participate in training related to company policies and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift 51-70 lbs and work in various environmental conditions, including extreme weather, noise, dust, fumes, and at heights.
