Warehouse Trainer

Compensation $26.50 - $29.50/hour

As a Warehouse Trainer, you will provide on-the-job warehouse training for new and current employees. Provides training on safety and other key job functions within the warehouse.

• Trains assigned personnel to accurately, consistently, & safely use warehouse management systems, along with material handling equipment & supplies
• Serves as a coach and mentor to assigned personnel
• Evaluates performance of assigned personnel
• Follows and applies standard work and work instructions
• Works to eliminate waste in all areas of the position

• Must be currently employed by Dot Foods or Dot Transportation, Inc.
• High School Diploma, General Equivalency Degree, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated on-the-job behaviors that reflect positive and constructive approaches to business issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior success in a leadership or training role

• Schedule:
  • Cooler;
    Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:00PM-5:30AM
• Pay Range: $28.00-$30.75
• Environment:
  Working in below negative temperatures to high heat temperatures Travel:
  Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to travel independently as needed.
