Agronomy Operations Specialist

This is a hands-on role where you'll operate equipment, drive CDL trucks, work outdoors, learn valuable skills, and be part of something bigger than yourself.

Every day is different. Depending on the season, you may:

• Operate sprayers, spreaders, and other modern ag equipment
• Deliver fertilizer, seed, and crop products to farms
• Drive Class A CDL trucks
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Help with blending, mixing, and warehouse operations
• Inspect and maintain equipment
• Work directly with local growers and customers
• Support your team during busy spring and fall seasons

Build experience in agriculture, operations, trucking, equipment, and customer service.

This is an active role that includes lifting, climbing, operating equipment, and working in changing weather conditions. Some overtime, weekends, and seasonal hours are part of the job when business demands increase.
