Warehouse Associate

This is an entry-level, general shop support role. No warehouse experience is required. If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn, we’ll train you on everything else, including forklift operation. It’s also a real starting point: our Warehouse Associates have a clear path to grow into Warehouse Specialist, or Field Service roles.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment
• Are dependable, organized, and willing to learn
• Enjoy variety and staying on the move throughout the day
• Can lift 80 lbs unassisted and assist with heavier lifts
• Are comfortable with physically demanding work, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment
• Do not need a college degree
• Are forklift certified or willing to get certified (we’ll train you)
• Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening including marijuana

• 8-hour shift, 5 days per week
• Monday–Friday

You’ll support daily warehouse and shop operations and pitch in wherever the team needs you:

• Load and unload customer equipment and materials
• Clean, prepare, and maintain water coolers and brine tanks
• Load and unload trucks and stage shipments
• Receive, store, and distribute materials and equipment
• Assist with inventory handling, accurate inventory counts, and order fulfillment
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely once trained
• Perform basic mechanical tasks and help with general shop needs
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, and follow all safety procedures
• Support other departments as needed
