About the Role Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is seeking experienced operators to keep product moving for our client in the Montgomery, Illinois area. If you enjoy fast-paced warehouse work and take pride in safe, accurate handling, this full-time opportunity offers steady hours and weekly pay.

A Day in the Life You arrive, check your equipment, and get right to it—supplying production lines, staging pallets, and picking orders with precision. Throughout the shift, you navigate the warehouse on a stand-up forklift and walkie rider/electric pallet jack, scan items, maintain tidy aisles, and help load and unload trucks. It’s active, hands-on work in a cool environment (35–40°F) where safety and teamwork come first.

What You’ll DoOperate a walkie rider/electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift to move product

Provide materials to the line and stack finished product

Pick customer orders and transport product throughout the warehouse

Put materials away in designated locations

Use a handheld scanner for tracking and accuracy

Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely

Work comfortably in a cold environment (35–40 degrees)
Keep your area clean and maintain a safe workplace

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Schedule & Pay

Shifts:

1st & 2nd shift

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

Full-time, steady work with weekly pay
