Pay range: $22-25/hr

• Operate forklifts to load and unload Styrofoam insulation board and other materials from flatbeds or intermodal van trailers.

• Unload packaged raw materials, verify quantities against shipping documents, complete related paperwork, and transport materials todesignatedstorage areas.

• Inspect and ensure the quality of Styrofoam materials and packaged goods; report any damage or defects to the supervisor.

• Perform and document daily forklift inspections; promptly report any mechanical issues.

• Accurately check loads for completeness and accuracy before releasing them to drivers.

• Apply smoke tarps and secure loads on flatbed trucks, as required.

• Assist with inventory counts and resolve discrepancies as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouses and yard areas by performing daily housekeeping tasks such as sweeping and debris pickup.

• Participate actively in daily morning meetings and communicate effectively with coworkers.

• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

• Prior experienceoperatinga forklift is required; valid forklift certification.

• Basic math and readingproficiency.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving role is a plus.
