Job Description

As a Field Execution Coordinator, you will provide strong leadership, supervision, and coordination of assigned decommissioning teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of decommissioning activities. Accountable for delivering the decommissioning plan (and any approved variations) while meeting or exceeding Safety, Environmental, and Productivity objectives.

Core Responsibilities

* Spend approximately 80% of time out in the field during the execution of decommissioning works.

* Lead all on-shift safety and environmental activities, ensuring full compliance with site standards and procedures.

* Responsible for leading staff and contractor work groups in the achievement of the decommissioning program of works

* Being a focal coordination point to solve issues between all work groups

* Monitors, enforces, and exhibits high work standards.

* Responsible for compliance with refinery policy’s rules and procedures.

* Communicates expectations to multiple work groups .

* Responsible for the coordination, prioritising and timely execution of work in response to Safety, Environmental or decommissioning activities.

* Serves as focal point for coordination of planned operating activities with other areas and maintains open and effective communications with other shift leadership teams.

* Accountable for execution requirements for decommissioning and provides expertise in the overall planning and scheduling.
