DSV are seeking a Freight forwarder role within the full load dept based in Immingham, The role will have responsibility for full load import and export movements from Scandinavia.

• Timely and effective communication with partners and internal departments via e-mail/telephone
• Liaise with operations and overseas offices to ensure customer commitments are delivered upon
• Support our internal stakeholders and execution of various administrative tasks which supports the handling of shipments.
• Effective daily monitoring to ensure collections and deliveries are completed within the agreed timelines
• Pro‑active problem solving with customers and colleagues when issues arise
• General day to day administrative duties.

• Possess good communication skills
• Exceptional organization skills and effective time management
• Attention to detail and inquisitive
• IT literate in Microsoft Office
• Problem solving
