Pay: £15.20 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, Monday to Sunday

Requirementr: Full UK Driving Licence

We are currently recruiting a Packer Driver to support the delivery of a high-quality food and beverage service at the Phillips 66 Humber Refinery, covering both on-site and off-site locations.

You will be responsible for preparing, packing and delivering shift meals in line with Sodexo's cook-chill processes, ensuring excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and customer service at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation, packing and dispatch of food orders to required quality standards

• Delivery of meals to on-site and off-site locations

• Coordination of meal orders, mess room provisions and overtime meals

• Completion of vehicle checks and associated documentation

• Maintaining accurate records including temperature monitoring and cook-chill documentation

• Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed and hygiene standards are maintained

• Providing a friendly, professional service to clients, stakeholders and customers

• Reporting accidents, near misses or equipment faults in line with health & safety procedures

• Following all company, client and statutory policies including Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH and site rules

• Wearing the correct uniform and PPE at all times

• Attending required training, safety forums and site safety programmes

• Full UK driving licence with no driving convictions

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Previous experience in a catering, food or hospitality environment

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift and carry foodstuffs and equipment

• Comfortable working in cold environments and standing for extended periods

• Strong attention to hygiene, safety and quality standards

• Flexible, reliable and able to work unsupervised
