Mobile Security Officer (Nights)

We are seeking a highly capable and dependable Mobile Security Officer to play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of a site in Immingham. Duties

and Responsibilities

Incident Management:
Respond promptly and accurately to any incidents, ensuring detailed reporting and swift action to address any security concerns.
Site Patrols:
Conduct regular patrols across designated areas of the site, maintaining heightened security awareness and ensuring compliance with required Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Communication:
Establish effective communication with site personnel, clients, or visitors, ensuring smooth interactions in both routine and emergency situations.

Key Requirements

Age Requirement:
Applicants must be aged 21 or over due to insurance purposes.
Full Clean UK Manual Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is essential to fulfil the mobile element of the role, with at least one year of practical driving experience.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional observational skills and the ability to identify irregularities accurately and act upon them effectively.
Communication

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with interpersonal skills to interact professionally in various settings.
Adaptability:

Working Pattern

Night shifts: 17:00 – 05:00 (4on/4off)

Working Location

Primarily within the DN40 area

Job Overview

To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes.
Delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract.
To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.
To be flexible and be moved around site/locations to cover other posts (search bays/gatehouses) as may be operationally required

Main Duties Operations

To be aware of and ensure compliance with all aspects of policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK Law and Guidance bodies.
Fully and satisfactorily complete all of the tasks and duties on site as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
Proactively refer to and review the published Assignment Instructions, thus familiarising oneself with any changes in order to suggest additional amendments that will improve or enhance the current level of service.
To be compliant with Industry and Statutory Legislation (you are required to obtain a front-line licence in either Security Guarding or Door Supervision), which must be worn at all times whilst carrying out your duties.
