Warehouse Specialist

Overview   Jinko ESS  is seeking a  Warehouse Specialist  to support the supply chain operations in the EU.
Responsibilities   Be responsible for the daily operation and management of overseas warehouses to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Follow up on receipt and dispatch of goods and perform inventory management to ensure efficient inventory turnover.
Deliver warehouse goods to project sites by less-than-truckload (LTL), full truckload (FTL), and express delivery, and ensure after-sales goods are delivered without delay.
Manage inventory for overseas warehouses and maintain balanced accounts.
Handle abnormal incidents in overseas warehouses and during transportation delivery.
Manage monthly accruals, reconciliation, and payment of logistics expenses.
Handle import and export matters in overseas warehouses.
Other related warehouse duties as assigned.

Position Requirements   1–2 years of experience in logistics.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, or Italian and Chinese, or Italian and English.
Experience in logistics and warehousing in the Class 9 dangerous goods sector is preferred but not required.
Having a forklift license is a plus but not required.
