Part-Time Faculty - Philosophy; Continuous Pool

Under the direction of the appropriate Dean, this position is a part-time temporary instructional faculty assignment. This role is suited for an exceptionally motivated candidate who demonstrates a genuine interest in engaging with a diverse student body and possesses a passion for fostering academic growth and knowledge. Minimum qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in philosophy
• OR Bachelor’s in philosophy AND Master’s in humanities or religious studies, or the equivalent

Sensitivity to and understanding of diverse socio-economic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students (AB 1725, 87360a).
