Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about Physics Wallah courses, batches, and learning programs.
Understand student requirements and recommend the most suitable academic solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and scheduled counselling sessions.
Convert counselling interactions into enrolments while maintaining ethical counselling practices.
Maintain accurate student data, counselling records, and follow-up details in CRM/records.
Coordinate with academic, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Address and resolve basic queries related to fees, batches, schedules, and course structure.
Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction through timely communication and support.
Achieve individual and team enrolment targets as defined by the franchise.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Graduation in any discipline (Education/Commerce/Arts/Science preferred).
1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, or student support (EdTech experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle counselling sessions with students and parents confidently.
Local language proficiency preferred.
Comfortable with targets and follow-up-driven processes.
