About the Role
We are looking for a Career Counsellor who is passionate about helping students make informed decisions about their education and career.
You will work directly with students, parents, teachers, and schools to understand individual aspirations, identify suitable career pathways, and support students through structured career planning.
What You'll Do
- Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions for students.
- Understand students’ interests, strengths, aptitude, skills, and career aspirations.
- Guide students on career options, courses, colleges, entrance examinations, and future opportunities.
- Administer and interpret psychometric and career assessments.
- Conduct career guidance workshops and awareness sessions in schools and educational institutions.
- Build strong professional relationships with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership.
- Prepare counselling reports, maintain student records, and manage regular MIS and documentation.
- Follow up with students and support the implementation of their career plans.
- Stay updated on emerging careers, higher education pathways, entrance exams, colleges, and industry trends.
- Represent the organisation professionally while working with partner schools and institutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in career counselling, student counselling, education, mentoring, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and counselling abilities.
- Ability to connect naturally with school students and parents.
- Good listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable travelling to schools and educational institutions when required.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s) will be an advantage.
- A genuine interest in student development and career guidance.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
