The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified or working towards a qualification, with substantial experience in audit gained within a UK practice. • Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments.
• Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors.
• Providing technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Reviewing audit work and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Assisting in the development of the audit department and staff training.
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Internal auditing experience
• Strong Charity Audit experience
• Experience of Public sector works such as Housing Associations
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
