• Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable, including verifying, coding and paying supplier invoices
• Ensuring all invoices are approved and processed
• completing Bank reconciliations
• Monitoring the accounts inbox and relevant queries
• Manage the payroll process, including inputting timesheets, processing payments and administering payroll-related tasks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts and payroll transactions
• Respond to inquiries from suppliers, employees and internal stakeholders regarding payments and payroll-related matters
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures
• BAS calculations and payment
• Manage the full weekly payroll cycle for all staff, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant industrial awards, employment agreements, tax legislation (PAYG), and superannuation obligations.
• Payroll onboarding, managing end to end payroll. Process new employee setups, terminations, leave requests, and all adjustments/deductions.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax, superannuation remittances, and other statutory reporting (e.g., year-end reporting)
