• Provide effective leadership and team support
• Oversee delivery of a high-quality, inclusive program
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children
• Work collaboratively to support children and families

• Flexibility to manage hours between contact time and out-of-ratio tasks as required

• Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
• A strong understanding of Child Care legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
• Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
• Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities, including team development skills.
• Willingness to obtain Child Protection Training as required.
