* Key Responsibilities:
*** Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, cost estimates, and budgets.
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand scope and requirements.
* Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
* Support in producing bills of quantities, schedules, and cost breakdowns.
* Maintain estimating databases, cost libraries, and historical pricing records.
* Assist with risk analysis and identifying key commercial considerations.
* Attend site visits, pre-tender meetings, and client briefings as required.
** Person Specification
*** Quantity Surveying or Geoscience degree.
* Strong numerical, analytical and IT Skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Relevant professional qualification.
* Full UK driving licence.

* Salary & Benefits:
*** Salary on offer is £35,000 per annum depending on experience
* 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

We’re looking for an

** GI Scotland Division

** Hamilton.
** You will be responsible for supporting the preparation of accurate, competitive, and compliant tenders for our diverse range of projects.
This role offers the opportunity to develop both commercial and technical skills. The role is offered on a
** full-time
** basis. You’ll play a key role in helping us analyse project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality tender submissions.
