The Designer – Multimedia is responsible for leading the creative execution of digital content, overseeing motion graphics, video production, and graphic design for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital activations. This role demands a high level of creativity, expertise in animation, and the ability to lead design projects from concept to execution.

• Concept Development, execution, and implementation of multimedia design projects.
• Create and oversee high‑quality motion graphics, video content, and interactive media.
• Develop engaging visual storytelling strategies for GMG’s digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency and high standards in all visual materials across multiple channels.
• Work closely with digital marketing, social media, and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in multimedia design, animation, and video production.
• Oversee the video production process, from storyboarding to post‑production, ensuring all content is polished and engaging.

The incumbent holds no direct supervisory responsibilities but is expected to engage effectively within their function and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. This role contributes meaningfully, whether through operational contributions and/or by offering specialized expertise, guidance, and support, to ensure alignment with either functional and/or strategic organizational goals and objectives.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Expertise in video editing, animation, and digital content production.
• Experience in UI/UX design and interactive multimedia storytelling.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, AR/VR content creation is a plus.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.

• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in multimedia design, animation, or video production.
• Previous experience in leading creative projects and managing junior designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality motion, digital, and video work.

Fluent in English and Arabic Skills
