Communication with our customers and vendors. Dealing with warranties/complaints for surfboards, skateboards and spare parts + building good relationships.
Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships - we believe that our customers are our friends and we would like to continue this practice.
Maintaining an overview of completed service actions, complaints and updates in our CRM Pipedrive.
Responsibility for manuals, their up-to-dateness and, based on feedback from customers, proposing modifications in cooperation with development, production, management
Active cooperation on video tutorials
Preparation of weekly reports on complaints and service actions - numbers and satisfaction of our customers are decisive.
What kind of people are we looking for in the team?/RequirementsPerfect knowledge of English, another language is an advantage.
Good computer skills required - you will use Pipedrive CRM, Zoom online meetings, emails, online chats, Whatsapp, online phone system, Excel spreadsheets.
Organization and efficiency - planning the weekly focus, prioritizing daily tasks, organizing your time according to priorities.
Ability to translate complex technical jargon for the average consumer - our colleagues use words like electronic fuel injection, ignition control unit, hybrid oil, fully synthetic two-stroke oil, …
