We're looking for a friendly, organised, and people-focused Dental Receptionist to be the warm welcome that ensures patients feel supported throughout their journey.

This role is about much more than answering phones. You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering a smooth and positive experience for every patient from their first call to their final follow‑up.

• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
• Managing bookings, recalls, and patient communication
• Processing payments and private health claims
• Supporting clinicians and the team with admin and coordination
• Keeping everything running smoothly at the front desk

• Is confident, caring, and highly organised
• Has strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Can juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure
• Takes pride in helping others and being part of a team
• Is technology proficient and quick to learn new systems

Reception or customer service experience is required. Dental or medical admin experience is a bonus, but not essential.
