Architectural Technician

LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to work within our Pre-Construction Technical Design team who will be responsible for the production and organisation of design information.

• To assist in the detailed design and development of projects from feasibility stage through to submission of planning.
• To work closely with external consultants to deliver projects successfully through planning.
• To technically handover approved designs and associated constraints to all in house disciplines and site teams.
• To assist the construction team as necessary throughout the build process.
• To prepare presentation drawings and visuals for planning submission.
• To work alongside our legal team assisting with technical aspects of the contract.
• To prepare technical and detailed drawings.

• Knowledge of producing working technical drawings and specifications.
• Hardworking with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of technical legislation including current Building Regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Sketchup and/or Revit.
• Works efficiently as part of a team.
• Strong problem solver and communicator.
