** To provide therapeutic massage therapy services to patients and/or clients per approved orders.

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Completes assigned massage therapy appointments and documentation according to department policies and standards of certified massage therapy.
* Assists the department manager in program development, improvement, techniques, and member education.
* Instructs and presents educational information approved by the department.
* Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** Degree:
High School Diploma or GED

* Experience:

< 2 years
* Supervisor

* Licenses & Certification:
Licensed Massaged Therapist
** Physical Requirements
