Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, managing staff, and ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise bar staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Collaborate with the brewery team to create a cohesive and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Maintain and grow taproom visitor base, ATV and sales.
• Expand F&B offerings

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of craft beer and mixology.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Certification in bartending or hospitality management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,659.46 – $82,043.55 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Beresfield NSW 2322:
  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hospitality Management: 3 years (Preferred)
