Join Ryman as a Village Manager and lead our Edmund Hillary Retirement Village in Remuera, Auckland—an opportunity for a strategic, agile leader to make a meaningful impact ensuring exceptional, compassionate care for all our residents. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the operations of our largest New Zealand village with over 650 residents and over 250 team members, with our village encompassing independent living, serviced apartments and residential care.

With a strong background in people management of large, multidisciplinary teams, you'll have proven experience in leading and developing engaged and motivated teams. You’ll naturally build meaningful relationships through your positivity and approachability, and you thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

Your professionalism, high energy and resilience are matched by your excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, and you'll bring proven financial acumen to support sound decision‑making and enhance village performance.
