The Property Manager manages the day‑to‑day operations of the properties, leading the team, coordinating daily activities, and managing resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws governing multi‑family housing operations.
Qualifications- Experience in property management
- Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies
- Proven 2+ years with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal smartphone required
- 3+ years of experience in property management
- Onesite experience a plus
- Microsoft Office skills
- Sales/marketing experience
- Experience in housing tax credit
$22 – $24 hourly. Final agreed‑upon compensation will be based upon individual qualifications and experience.
