Are you energetic, organised, and love a role that keeps you on the move? We’re looking for a Field Officer to join our Property Management team - someone who thrives out and about, enjoys meeting people, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

About the Role

As our Field Officer, you’ll be the eyes and ears of our Property Management department. Your day will be filled with variety, independence, and a real sense of purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Routine Property Inspections – Accurately documenting the property condition, liaising with tenants, and ensuring our high standards are maintained.
  • Ingoing Inspections – Completing thorough, detailed entry condition reports before new tenancies begin.
  • Out-and-About Tasks – From posting notices to assisting with viewings, photographing properties, and supporting the team wherever needed.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Using digital systems to upload reports, photos, and notes efficiently and accurately.
Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a great attitude and strong attention to detail – but equally important is your ability to connect with people and stay positive throughout a busy day.

  • Tech‑savvy – Comfortable using apps, mobile devices, and online systems for inspections and reporting.
  • Physically fit & active – This role involves walking, stairs, moving between multiple sites, and being on your feet often.
  • Friendly & professional – A happy disposition and strong communication skills are essential when dealing with tenants, owners, and the team.
  • Organised & reliable – Able to manage your time, stay on schedule, and maintain high‑quality reporting.
  • A team player – While much of your work is independent, you’ll be a valued part of our property management team.
  • A love of houses / real estate
