** This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.
**** ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
* Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
* Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role
* Supervising and supporting on the floor
* Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory
* Update staffs schedule and changes
* Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service
* Involved in the making of and receiving food / drink orders
* Receive payment for all services provided to the customer
* Listen and respond to customer complaints
* Ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times
* Relieve Servers as required
* Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
* Other duties as assigned
** REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
*** Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
* Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated;
* Natural ability to lead a team
* Detail oriented with good communication skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Some accounting experience an asset and experience with Word and Excel
* POS system experience is an asset
* Cash handling experience
* High volume experience
* Handle stress in a professional manner
* Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast
* paced environment
* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
* Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards
* To honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check
* Previous Barista experience an asset

The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
