The main purpose of this role is to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, along with snacks and deserts, while maximizing guest satisfaction, by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved.

• Greeting and serving customers
• Preparing customers’ orders timely, and accurately
• Knowledge of menu and providing detailed information
• Knowledge of methods of coffee preparation
• Maintaining stock levels and supplies
• Maintaining safe, clean and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
• Ensure HACCP policies, procedures and codes of practice are implemented
• Attend job specific trainings
• Attend team communication meetings

• Excellent knowledge for English & Greek language
• Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent Knowledge for Coffee Standards
• Excellent knowledge of hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations

• Proven working experience as a barista, bartender or similar position
