** This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.
**** ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
** This job ensures service standards are met and surpassed by creating the experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Delivering legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customers come first” attitude
* Anticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
* Assisting customers in the selection of specialty coffee beverages
* Maintaining customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner
* Following company recipes and standards, following health and safety sanitation guidelines for all products
* Adhering to cash handling and register policies
* Other duties as assigned
** REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
*** Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
* Possess a high level of customer service
* Highly motivated and a quick learner
* Enjoys multitasking has a high level of stress management skills
* Communicates well and is flexible
* Previous cash handling is an asset
* Food Safe an asset (required)
* Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time

The starting wage for this role is $17.00/hour.
