As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be part of a professional team delivering polished, seamless service in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll uphold Hamilton Island’s high service standards while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Where you’ll make an impact- Deliver exceptional table service in alignment with our established Sequence of Service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with professionalism and care
- Showcase your strong food and wine knowledge to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol standards
- Work collaboratively under pressure while ensuring service excellence
- Assist in opening and closing duties to maintain venue presentation and readiness
You are an enthusiastic, reliable, and polished hospitality professional who thrives in high‑end dining environments. You take pride in your presentation, teamwork, and ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
To be successful, you will need:- At least 6 months’ experience in a premium or fine dining venue
- Confidence in formal service, including carrying 3 plates and a drinks tray
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for quality service and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – Essential
- Current Driver Licence – Desirable
