Supervisor, Restaurant​/Food Service, Server​/Wait Staff

Primary Responsibility

• Coordinate the service team to ensure overall smooth operation with prompt service at all times.
• Ensure F&D quality, hygiene and workplace safety standards are achieved.
• Serve as a role model for continuous improvement of the team.
• Assist the outlet Executive Manager/Manager/assistant Manager to coordinate day‑to‑day operation, ensuring overall smoothness and delivering prompt service at all times.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently according to established standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the work area.
• Ensure workplace safety practices are adhered to, especially when operating equipment.

• Education:
  
  High school graduated; F&D related certificate is an added advantage.
• Experience:
  
  2 years at a 5‑star hotel or 3 years at a 4‑star hotel or reputable restaurant; 1 year supervisory level experience.
• Knowledge and
  
  Skills:
  
  F&D product and service knowledge;
  Advance customer service skills;
  Leadership skills;
  Training experience;
  Computer literate.
• Others:
  Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken; able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time; team player.
