** This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.
**** Based at the remote Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park, this on‑site living role places you 100 km from Jasper and surrounded by stunning glacier views and endless mountain adventure. You’ll be part of a destination that includes the Glacier View Lodge, dining outlets, retail, and the world‑famous Glacier Adventure and Skywalk. Staff live on‑site with accommodations and three hot meals per day.*

* • End‑of‑season retention bonus up to $ .50/hr
**** ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Oversee stocking and merchandising of souvenirs, clothing
* Work closely with the manager to maintain inventory levels
* Become familiar with the POS system particularly back office functions such automatic purchase orders inter location transfer of inventory,
* Monitor security in the retail environment carry out cycle inventories as per Pursuit SOP
* Uphold our high standards of merchandising and display
* Delegate merchandising and stocking duties as required
* Ensure service is friendly, courteous, and professional
* Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, the responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms as required
* Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized - Communicate with co-workers and management, forward observations and comments in a timely fashion
* Apply cross selling merchandising techniques to maximize the sales potential of the outlet
* Collect feedback forms from customers, facilitating efficient inventory management and movement
* Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
* Other duties as assigned
** REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
*** 1-3 years of leadership and training experience
* Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
* Previous experience with back office systems
* Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
* Speaks second language, an asset
* Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
* Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards

The starting wage for this role is $18.50/hour.
