** This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.
**** ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Daily dispatching of tours, reacting to unforeseen changes and management of sales inventory
* Creating future Columbia Icefield dispatch, troubleshooting and resolving scheduling issues
* Communication and tour orchestration with onsite Group Sales Agents
* Communication with other attractions and third-party organizations
* Maintaining Vehicle tracking reports and communicating issues to Icefield Management
* Maintaining Visitor tracking reports and daily tour pax counts
* Adjust daily dispatch to ensure efficiency and balance across drivers and equipment
* Using Radio transmission to communicate with all Columbia Icefield business areas
* Forecasting of equipment and group business, flagging issues with Icefield Management
* Communicating with emergency personnel and 911 operators if an emergency occurs
* Other duties as assigned
** REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
*** Organization, time management and stress handling skills are a must, but a passion for making a difference for each guest and employee is the most important aspect of this position!
* Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
* Fluent and articulate in English, able to communicate and comprehend over two-way radio, required
* Administrative skills including intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Excel, required
* Experience using RTP POS Software, an asset
* Proven strength in problem solving, critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to make decisions
* Must be able to react quickly and efficiently, with flexibility in mind
* Ability to produce morale-boosting posts for staff in regard to activities & services
* Must be able to handle High stress situations calmly and logically
* Able to adapt and adhere to change easily
* Guest service-oriented mindset and an ability to work in a team environment
* Must enjoy working outdoors, even in challenging mountain weather conditions
* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)
* Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards

* Standard First-Aid or higher an asset
