RETAIL ASSISTANT – Hamilton Island

We are currently seeking a
Retail Assistant
that can work across 2 or 3 of our retail boutiques on
Hamilton Island
.
- You will have previous fashion retail experience
- A proven track record of success with exceeding customer expectations and regularly achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills
- Provide excellent customer service with active customer engagement
- Proactively follow up on customer enquiries and requests, including after sales services
- Provide exceptional personalised service standards
- Multi-lingual will be highly advantageous
- Current Drivers License
- Great team environment
- Excellent training and on-going development to enhance your skills

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a retail or service-based industry.
- Customer service orientated attitude, driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within in a team
- Time management and prioritising skills
- High attention to detail and a strong, professional work ethic
- Proficiency in Outlook/Excel/Word
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Assist in receiving and unpacking/packing stock
- Replenish display merchandise as required
