RETAIL ASSISTANT – Hamilton Island

Hamilton Island

We are currently seeking a
Retail Assistant
that can work across 2 or 3 of our retail boutiques on
Hamilton Island
.

To be successful, you will need
  • You will have previous fashion retail experience
  • A proven track record of success with exceeding customer expectations and regularly achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Provide excellent customer service with active customer engagement
  • Proactively follow up on customer enquiries and requests, including after sales services
  • Provide exceptional personalised service standards
  • Multi-lingual will be highly advantageous
  • Current Drivers License

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a retail or service-based industry.
  • Customer service orientated attitude, driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within in a team
  • Time management and prioritising skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong, professional work ethic
  • Proficiency in Outlook/Excel/Word
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking/packing stock
  • Replenish display merchandise as required
