Regional Quality Assurance Nurse

Aspire Regional Partners, a leading provider of Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Communities throughout Ohio, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Quality Assurance Nurse to lead our Southwest Ohio Region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care across our 4 Skilled Nursing Facilities, and 1 Assisted Living Facility.

• Assisted, Consult with and Monitor Director of Nursings' Orientation and Staff/Faciity management
• Assist in, monitor and maintain multi-facility regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assist in census development and strategic planning
• Oversee policy and procedure compliance and roll-out
• Assist in the management of quality measures and outcomes
• Maintain trending of facility data with QAPI implementation
• Assist in fiscal management of nursing departments
• Directly reports to Regional Director of Operations

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry as Director of Nursing and/or Regional Role
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse License
• Proven track record in quality measure/outcome management, policy/procedural roll-out, fiscal/budgetary management, and team leadership
• Proficient in state and federal regulations and standards
• Ability to travel and work overnight shifts
