• Customer Interaction:
  • Greet customers and create a warm, friendly, professional atmosphere.
  • Act as the main point of contact, understanding concerns and requirements.
  • Listen actively, document accurately, and communicate to service technicians.
• Service Coordination:
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments.
  • Gather vehicle history, symptoms, and requested services.
  • Advise customers on appropriate services and maintenance schedules.
• Cost Estimation and Approval:
  • Prepare accurate detailed cost estimates.
  • Explain estimates to customers clearly.
  • Obtain customer approval for repairs with full transparency.
• Repair Order Management:
  • Create and manage repair orders, documenting services and parts.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date service records.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints professionally and resolve efficiently.
  • Strive to exceed expectations, providing personalized service.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional automotive education or certification is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive software.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
