Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Guide to manage a mixed-age infant classroom (0–3) in a thoughtfully designed Montessori setting. You will prepare the environment, observe children, and provide individualized care that honors each rhythm and need.
You’ll support independence, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with colleagues to foster a respectful community while pursuing Montessori certification under our Prepared Montessorian Institute.
