Responsibilities- Coach and train branch team members on products and services.
- Collaborate with bankers to meet with clients and introduce additional banking products.
- Create an excellent customer experience through various marketing efforts.
- Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
- Maintain relationships with customers as a mortgage expert.
- Provide financial recommendations based on analysis and customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate.
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales success.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and mortgage guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with FHA/VA loans.
- Strong marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
- Proficiency in Windows PC environment.
This position requires NMLS registration and compliance with the SAFE Act, along with background checks and credit review. The role is full-time, based in Independence, MO, with competitive benefits and salary package.
