Senior Lending Advisor - Independence MO

• Coach and train branch team members on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers to meet with clients and introduce additional banking products.
• Create an excellent customer experience through various marketing efforts.
• Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Maintain relationships with customers as a mortgage expert.
• Provide financial recommendations based on analysis and customer needs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales success.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and mortgage guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with FHA/VA loans.
• Strong marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Proficiency in Windows PC environment.

This position requires NMLS registration and compliance with the SAFE Act, along with background checks and credit review. The role is full-time, based in Independence, MO, with competitive benefits and salary package.
