SCHEDULE:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5:15. Every Saturday 8:30-12:15. Flexibility to work more hours as needed.

As a valued member of the retail banking team, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions. Tellers work in a fast‑paced, engaging environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate will project a professional image while serving as the face and voice of our organization. • Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive‑thru, ATM, and other avenues.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times, even in difficult situations.
• Recognize customer needs and cross‑sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer‑centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non‑traditional products and services.

• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, computer/typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency.
• Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner.
• Look for cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities in a customer‑centric manner.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
