Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Step into an Accountant role where Change Management and Tableau shape budgets, audits, and long-range planning every day. Own your projects, earn $68,000 - $97,000, and grow with a team that turns 4 years of SQL into real results.

• Track every finance expense back to a source document
• File quarterly sales-and-use tax across every MO jurisdiction we touch
• Run the cost-accounting layer beneath every finance product line
• Coordinate with the tax team on filings, estimates, and year-end provisions
• Translate Tableau dashboards into plain language for non-finance leaders

• A MO sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market
• Demonstrated comfort presenting to mid-level leadership
• Prior experience working on-site in Independence, MO, or willingness to relocate
• The humility to revise strong opinions when the data argues back
• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
• Self-direction that survives a quiet Slack channel
• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English

The team at Boeing is small, agile, and entirely convinced that Independence is the best place to reinvent finance. We hire relentlessly-kind people, get out of their way, and let the Anaplan results speak.

We offer $68,000 - $97,000 and the things money cannot fake, real mentorship, lasting benefits, and flexibility you will actually use.

We refreshed this Accountant listing this week to keep it current for applicants.
