The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high‑quality, patient‑centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience. The Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.

We are a growing department of 10 PT’s, 3 OT’s and 2 SLP’s, many of whom have certified specialties. We have very high staff satisfaction/morale as well as patient and physician satisfaction.
We also focus on 1 on 1 treatments with patients. - The Physical Therapist carries out individualized therapy programs including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient’s progress toward achieving functional goals.
- You will perform comprehensive patient assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs for patients in our large Outpatient facility. There likely will be opportunities for more hours in our acute or inpatient facilities, IF desired.
- You will coordinate the treatment program with other clinical/therapeutic services.
- You will develop comprehensive goals for treatment to maximize patient outcomes.
- You will deliver care and modify the care plan in accordance with the patient’s needs.
- You will serve as an educator to patients, families, students and colleagues.
- Minimum education required is a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy / Master’s degree preferred.
- Current State professional license or license eligible.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing required.
- Word processing skills preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Saving (BCLS) – American Heart Assoc.
