We’re looking for a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator who can bring people together, inspire service, and help ensure that every patient’s final chapter is filled with care, dignity, and connection.

• Recruit, train, and support hospice volunteers who bring comfort to our patients and families
• Match volunteers to patient needs and provide ongoing supervision and encouragement
• Maintain volunteer files, records, and reports
• Track monthly volunteer activity and ensure documentation accuracy
• Conduct evaluations, offer feedback, and foster ongoing engagement
• Support team meetings, events, and community involvement initiatives

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hospice or healthcare experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with compassion
• A genuine calling to serve others
