Occupational Therapist – Home Health

Seeking a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care in the home environment, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and execution in accordance with physician orders. Responsibilities include instructing patients and families on treatment procedures, re-evaluating progress, and assisting with occupational activities and use of supportive devices. Collaboration with physicians and practitioners ensures integrated care and treatment adjustments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
• Valid Driver's License and Occupational Therapist License
• No prior experience required
