Installation Recruiter – Continental Siding

We’re looking for a hands‑on, field‑focused recruiter who knows the construction/home improvement world and can spot top‑notch installers for windows, doors, siding, soffit, fascia, and other exterior trades. This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be out meeting people, visiting job sites, trade schools, supply houses, community events, and multiple company locations. If you love the trades and enjoy connecting with great talent, this role is for you.

Some travel required (day trips + occasional overnights).

• Recruit skilled exterior installers
• Source talent in the field—not just online
• Build relationships with schools, suppliers, crews & subcontractors
• Visit locations to support‑on recruiting
• Screen candidates for real trade experience
• Coordinate interviews & onboarding
• Track notes in the ATS
• Represent us at events & job fairs

• Recruiting or trades experience (preferred)
• Construction/home improvement background (strong plus)
• Strong people + communication skills
• Able to identify skilled talent
• Basic knowledge of tools, measurements & trade terms
• Comfortable with ATS/email/mobile tools
• Bilingual = bonus
