Safety Assistant

We're searching for a diligent Safety Assistant to provide support within the Safety Department. As a Safety Assistant, you will be responsible for responding to chats, emails, and phone calls regarding insurance inquiries, explaining insurance coverage to drivers, managing driver information in insurance databases, signing forms with owner‑operators, setting up files for occupational and PD claims, and assisting with claims processing.

• Respond to chats, emails, and phone calls regarding insurance inquiries
• Explain insurance coverage to drivers and address any questions or concerns
• Manage driver information in insurance databases, including adding and deleting drivers from PD and Occupational accident insurance
• Sign forms with owner‑operators and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
• Set up files for occupational and PD claims and assist with claims processing, including opening claims, creating folders, and working with adjusters and drivers

• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other programs
• Understanding of regulations and legal procedures for insurance claims processing
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Previous experience in freight cargo claims, transportation, logistics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail‑oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in computer applications and claim management software
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in cargo claims management is a plus
• Proficiency in Russian/Ukrainian language
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
