Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction

The Senior Project Manager provides the overall leadership for the execution of successful outcomes on ground up industrial & manufacturing projects. The Senior Project Manager leads the project teams with a focus on the customer, utilizing open communication, setting clear direction, and establishing high levels of expectations.

• Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase.
• Lead, oversee, and coordinate all aspects and phases of ground up industrial & manufacturing construction projects.
• Report monthly project financial forecasts, and owner billings.
• Forecast and mitigate risk, managing company"s exposure.
• Review and negotiate owner contracts, subcontracts, and proposals.
• Forecast project staffing needs for self‑perform work.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules and lead construction operations to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and project QA/QC.
• Evaluate progress and prepare executive project reports for company and owner groups.
• Assist in permitting processes per specific project needs.
• Lead constructability reviews/plan checks, and associated documentation.
• Procure and award subcontracts.
• Administer contracts, perform periodic onsite observations of work, and monitor drawing compliance.
• Manage the project close‑out process.

• Bachelor"s degree in construction science/management or engineering.
• 10+ years of commercial construction ground up project management experience with industrial and manufacturing projects is a plus.
• Strong leadership, time management, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials and management principles.
• Fluency with construction scheduling and project management software.
